Possibly one of the most advanced Wily robots ever made, the robot that walks around in fields of accelerated time. A character that I have a redesign of, one who deserves a revamp of his theme. Excellent.

A funny thing, I actually didn't like Megaman 3 as much as 2. These things happen, though I do still like certain character designs and themes. So, I took to re-designing eight of my favorite Robotmasters and Snakeman was among them. I'll have to keep this theme in mind now for Snakeman occasions in the future.
